Creativhost is always improving its services. Our latest improvement will be our live chat support.

We are looking to have this introduced over the next few hours and we aim to have this online most of the day for both support and pre sales questions.

Please be aware we are introducing this live chat system to help with simple support requests and any complicated and time consuming requests must still be made via ticket support.

Creativhost has rapidly changed over the past few weeks with a brand new make over and a new billing system.

We have now officially opened a comapany blog which we will be posting further company updates,  network upgrades & Outages and also we will be posting our Web hosting promotions.

There is still a few major changes still to come at Creativhost. We have still to introduce our Live chat support system and we will also be releasing LxAdmin Web hosting.
