Server Upgrade (Dallas1) – Sunday 25th April 2010 – 20:00 GMT

We are pleased to notify all our customers, that we shall be upgrading into a newer, faster and improved line of Intel XEON Quad-Core server on Sunday 25th April 2010, 20:00 GMT

We anticipate a service disruption of between 20 – 30 mins whilst the IP addresses are transferred across the servers, and we would like to apologise for this in advance.

Our clients will NOT have to do anything from their side, apart from, if possible, avoid any updates to their website(s) on or before Sunday 25th April 2010, 20:00 GMT.

CreativHost Transfer

Within the next few days there will be planned downtime of CreativHost website. This will not effect any of our clients in any way.

Why are we doing this?
We have decided to change our billing and support system.  We are going to divide the billing & support into two seperate areas to help clients find what the want more easier.

We will be extending our web hosting knowledge base along with introducing a troublershooter which will help solve general issues which often come up.
